Learner Access - Standard Features
- Searchable Calendar of Events/Enrolmnents.with option of self enrolment.

- Simple interface to launch self-paced training.
- Can view transcript of completed training with option to print certificates of completion.
- User can cancel where the user must enter a reason why cancelling. If a supervisor has to approve the training, the supervisor is automatically notified of the cancellation. You can even turn off user cancellation.
- Self enrolment supports a prerequisite check which denies user self enrolment if they have not satisfied and course prerequisites.

- Powerful utility to add history directly into a persons file. Ideal for recording off-site training or ad hoc group training such as a monthly safety training where multiple topics were covered and people attended.
- Powerful Classroom administrator with many, many features including: automatic or manual email communication, batch enrolment, roster generation, automatic updating, wait list management, event marketing, importing rosters from a spreadsheet (for external customer training).
- Manager approval feature to approve or decline requests made by direct reports or where the manager is designated as an approver for training. Optional workflows can be enabled to route approvals to multiple people.
- Easy registration of any type of on-line training.
- Training plans can have training due by a fixed date or X days from actual assignment.
